Definitions
For the purposes of this Policy, the following terms have the meanings defined:
“Product” refers to any item offered for sale (including those on offer) on Paperize.store and our marketplaces on Amazon, Kaufland, etc.
“Defective” refers to a product that you receive in a damaged condition or that develops defects due to the manufacturing or delivery process.
Product defective
Please check your order immediately upon receipt and contact us immediately via chat (bottom right) if an item is defective or damaged.
When contacting us, please include photos and a detailed description of the problem to help us assess the situation and resolve it.
Aside from our Paperize Promise, all products you buy are also covered by the European Legal Guarantee. This guarantee ensures that consumers have certain rights in case they receive defective goods.
Refunds & Returns
On your screen protector
Your screen protector purchased on paperize.com comes with a 60-day satisfaction guarantee.
That gives you 60 days to make sure the Paperize is right for you. If it's not, let us know and we'll do everything we can to make it right and issue a refund if necessary — no questions asked.
If you purchased our screen protector elsewhere, we can offer you a similar extended 60-day satisfaction guarantee at no additional cost. Simply email us with your proof of purchase (a receipt/invoice) and we will replace your product (instead of refunding it). Email us here.
For any other product
Instead of just sticking to the 14-day cooling-off period required by law in some regions, we give everyone 30 days to make sure you love your purchase!
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied within 30 days of the day you receive your product, let us know.
Paperize Plus Members
Paperize Plus members enjoy a 90-day satisfaction guarantee. Otherwise, Paperize offers express shipping.
If we are unable to help in any other way, we will provide a full refund. We want all Paperize customers to feel taken care of.
Partial refund
In our experience, not every situation requires a full refund or replacement. If your product has minor issues but remains generally usable, we may offer a partial refund to compensate for any inconvenience.

Replacement & Exchange
What if the product you received is not quite right or appears to be faulty?
Send us photos and a brief description of the problem within 30 days of receiving the product. This will help us understand what went wrong and how we can improve while sending you a replacement product at no additional cost.
Exceptions for digital products
Digital products such as the Paperize Plus membership cannot be refunded.
Changes to this policy
Paperize reserves the right to update this policy at any time. Changes will be communicated on our website and, where appropriate, sent directly to you via email.
