If you ordered the wrong size , just tell us what size you need and what size you ordered & we will find a solution together! 😇
iPad Air 4-5 & iPad Pro 11", are the same size.
iPad Gen 7-9 & iPad Air 3 are the same size.

PaperX slips
Most important tip:
There must be no dust under the magnetic strips, otherwise the anti-slip coating will no longer work.
To remove the dust, you need to run your finger / a wet kitchen roll over the anti-slip coating (under the magnetic strip) until the dust is completely gone.
Then apply a lot of pressure to the magnetic strip and PaperX will hold firmly again.
