Ordered the wrong size
If you ordered the wrong size, just write to us which size you need and which one you ordered & we'll find a solution together! 😇
iPad Air 4-5 & iPad Pro 11" are the same size.
iPad Gen 7-9 & iPad Air 3 are the same size.

Please tell us why you want to return it – maybe we can find a solution. Otherwise, our customer support will send you the return instructions ☺️
PaperX slips
Most important tip:
There must be no dust under the magnetic strips, otherwise the anti-slip coating stops working.
To remove the dust, run your finger / a damp paper towel over the anti-slip coating (under the magnetic strips) until the dust is completely gone.
Then press firmly along the magnetic strips & PaperX will hold rock-solid again.
