General Terms and Conditions (AGB) of SDMB UG (haftungsbeschränkt)



1. Scope


These terms and conditions apply to all contracts concluded by a consumer or business with SDMB UG. Deviating terms of the customer are not recognized unless SDMB UG (haftungsbeschränkt) expressly agrees to their validity.



2. Contracting party


The purchase contract is concluded with SDMB UG (haftungsbeschränkt), Fontanestr. 22, 71277 Rutesheim, Germany.



3. Conclusion of contract


The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer but a non-binding online catalog. By clicking the order button, you place a binding order for the goods in your cart. Confirmation of receipt of your order is sent by email immediately after the order is submitted.



4. Prices and shipping costs


All prices are final prices and include statutory VAT. Shipping costs may apply in addition to the stated prices.



5. Delivery


Delivery is made only within the European Union via DHL and Deutsche Post. If an item is out of stock, the customer will be informed. For pre-orders, delivery takes place within the stated period.



5.1 Delivery problems

If a shipment is not accepted by the customer or not collected within the storage period set by the shipping provider and is therefore returned to us, the customer bears the resulting costs. 

These include in particular the actual costs of outbound and return shipping. These will be offset against the purchase price to be refunded. 

The remaining amount will be refunded to the customer once the goods have been received back.

6. Payment


Payments can be made via Shopify Payments, PayPal and other methods shown during checkout.



7. Retention of title


The goods remain the property of SDMB UG (haftungsbeschränkt) until paid in full.



8. Right of withdrawal


There is a 30-day right of withdrawal. More detailed information can be found in our cancellation policy.



9. Liability


We are always liable without limitation for claims arising from damage caused by us, our legal representatives or vicarious agents. Otherwise, claims for damages are excluded.



10. Warranty and guarantees


The statutory warranty rights for defects apply. Information on any additional guarantees that may apply and their exact conditions can be found with the respective product and on special information pages in the online shop.


11. Dispute resolution


The European Commission provides a platform for online dispute resolution (ODR), which you can find here.

12. Final provisions


German law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). Should individual provisions of the contract with the customer, including these General Terms and Conditions, be wholly or partially invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions shall not be affected.
